(2)seem表示根据某种情况、状态或迹象所作出的判断，这种判断可靠性较大。

似乎没有办法摆脱我们的困境。
(3)appear表示外表给人的印象，这种印象可能是靠不住的、虚假的。
He appears to be your friend but I doubt if he is.
他看起来像你的朋友，但我怀疑他是否真是。
